Hi, unfortunately you've picked a tree that's difficult to grow in India (except possibly at very high elevations), and your watering 'once a day' has likely killed them as they prefer the soil to get partly dry between waterings, plus they can't' experience the cold dormancy they need... the 4 seasons that are important for them to thrive. They may look 'dry' because of the browning, but in fact are dying, if not dead already. Is the foliage brittle and hard or soft and flexible?

You'd be happier with a more suitable tree that grows well in your climate or else start with a 'tropical' house plant that can be bonsai'd, but junipers are not going to do well at all there.

Hi Moochinka, thnx for the reply. My trees are alive and are doing well, as a matter of fact. There are new buds at the tips which I'm regularly pinching. What I did was reduce the watering and remove the dried out parts. I also have a ficus religiosa and a ficus benghalensis training.
