A poppy. Could be a Paparver somniferum - opium poppy.

I see that you have some leaf cutter bees hard at work in your garden, lol! They've been visiting me, as well.

It looks just like the Peony Poppies I have growing in my flower bed, my first is just starting to burst open.

I had planted the seedlings way back in the spring and thought they had died out but now I have four of these coming up. They are gorgeous and I love the foliage on these poppies, the color and the ruffley texture.

Looks like Papaver Somniferum to me. They are good reseeding annuals.
