Yes you should be deadheading. There are very few flowers you don't need to deadhead. Gazanias are no different than most flowers. Their main purpose is to make seeds and once they do they cut down on flower production.

Gazanias have to be deadheaded to religiously that I stopped growing them! They are pretty, but not THAT pretty, lol.

But 20 aren't so many that you couldn't spend a little quality time with them every day. Lots of people find dead heading relaxing.
