Where is a Petunia called Surfinia Forest Glo?

Help! I am possessed by a beautiful red-orange trailing petunia I saw in a huge hanging arrangement at the local nursery. It was the only example they had. All others were sold out. I asked the staff what it was and they said Surfinia Forest Glow. I have searched the web for 2 days and all I found was a company in England developing an orange petunia. I looked at 3 other nurseries and searched the surfinia site and turned up nothing. This has become an obsession to find this beautiful petunia.

I hope you can help me find this plant. I can only provide a description. It is a trailing petunia with vibrant deep red-orange color and a deep burgundy throat. The color almost glowed, like neon. The nursery said it was not the red surfinia because they had many hanging baskets of the red which were not as brilliant. Thanks..mk

I think it's called Petunia Glow Forest Fire. Not sure if it's a Surfinia. Parkseed had it, but it looks like they are sold out for the season.

It is indeed called Glow Forest Fire. It is available only from Park Seed Co., as plants, NOT seed. I saw it in a hanging basket at Eckart's on Ryan Rd. in (I think) Troy. I asked the owner if he had plants available and his response was "I wish I did. Everyone's asking about it."
But fear not! As of this past Tuesday, it was still available at Telly's, on John R. in Troy. He's selling 3-inch pots for $3.99. It's a lot, but once you see this color in person, you'll want to have it! I bought six and have them planted in a group in the side yard. It literally stops people in their tracks.

Act fast, I'm not sure when Telly's will sell out of these, but it's only a matter of time. Good luck!

Forgot to mention ... Park Seed Co. is indeed sold out for this season. I ordered 6 plants back in May, and they finally shipped last week. But ... they substituted Million Bells Pink and never told me. I called them and they graciously refunded my credit card, minus shipping. Then I found them at Telly's ...

I bought a flat of Petunia Glo Forest Fire at the last chance sale at Green Circle in Oberlin. At that time you could buy a whole flat of 72 plugs for $10. They realy are beautiful. Pair them with a Ramblin blue and a wave red and you get one of the most spectacular hanging baskets.

I just googled this petunia and if I could have kicked myself in the seat of my pants I would do just that. Went o walmart early March and saw several pots of this petunias arranged with million bells and several other plants and they looked so incredible. I rarely carry cash so as I paid I realized I had left my wallet at home and only had a twenty and items totalled to 14. and change. I walked out through the garden dept and that's when I spotted it. Came back the following day and they were all gone.
