You want Cranberry Beans. In Italian,they are called Borlotto beans. There are different varieties. There is a famous bush one called 'Vermont Cranberry'. I have some seeds of that one to trade. There is also a variety called 'French Horticultural'. There are a few varieties with Borlotto in the name like have 'Borlotto Lamon', but I don't have enough for a trade, because I just received them in a trade myself.
The term Roma is correct also(my family used Roma and Cranberry), but I think it is probably not used because of the confusion with the flat Italian green beans that are called Roman or Romano beans.
