My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My yacon is done and I would like to try some more plants from Lost crops of the Incas. Oca, Ulluco, Mashua, Ahipa, Macu, Mauka, and Kaniwa all interist me. Some are more common than others (relatively speaking).
I have been trying to get a Yacon crown. I have some Canary Bean seeds from Peru. They are from 2006 season. If you are interested I could do a sprout test to see if they are still viable. They are a pole bean which are eaten as a dryed bean and the beans are yellow -but- after cooking they are white.
