My red sunflower!

21 years ago

my red sunflower is now 7ft 1" and is now beginning to open, its called evening sun, but it from an american supplier, so its different from the ones in england. This one is going to be deep red, a little lighter than the velvet queen i grew last year which had a fantastic deep red colour and lots of beautiful branches. My sunflower currently has 5 heads but the terminal bud is just beginning to open.
