Except for last year (and I don't know why they did) mine have never bloomed in July but usually provide a great show in August and September. Let them stress some with the heat and continue to NOT fertilize and all should be well soon.

Just a question, what time of day do you see the buds that are not opened, the reason I ask is that MG's truly open in the morning then close up, snooze and you lose:).
