My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Yipee - Home Depot has tulips

Our Home Depot today had a small display of bulbs near the door out to the nursery. 10 bulbs for 6.98. Hmmm. Never grew Apricot Impression before. THEN passed by another display far away with 35 bulbs / $12.98. Oxford, Golden Oxford, Apeldoorn, mixed Darwins - not as many choices but @ .37 per bulb I can have a massed display!
