I bought cypress vine Botanical Interests seeds and planted in many places near the front porch , backyard and at side of the garage after May 30 the last frost date in my area.

No seeds sprouted and I gave up all homes when I saw yesterday, one sprouted and is about one foot tall if stretched. Its September here and by the end of the month is the first frost date. Does this vine has any hope of flowering!
