The 2nd one is Torenia, aka wishbone flower. They're annuals. Wonderful plant for shaded areas. The 1st one I don't know, but it's a beauty.

The first appears to be plectranthus. Variety might be Mona Lavender. I have not looked it up, but it probably is a tender perennial.

The first one is plectranthus Mona Lavender. It is a tender perennial. I overwinter plectranthus in my unheated basement under fluorescent lights. It is easy to root cuttings for additional plants.

Torenia is very easy to start from cuttings too. Plus, if you look carefully, you may find places where the stems have lain on the ground and rooted at joints. Just cut a few inches away from the root and then lift your baby plant and pot it up.

I keep Plectranthus 'Mona Lisa' as a houseplant as it is sold as such in my area. The more sun it gets the darker purple the undersides of the leaves will be :)
The plants can become quite large and bushy. Cuttings are easy; just take a cutting and stick it along side the mother plant in the potting soil or individually...roots pretty fast...mist often until rooted :)
