Mutant Celosia

Recently, I was collecting seed heads from a cross I made last year between cockscomb and plume Celosia. Most of the flowers looked like plumes with small cockscombs at the top, some just plumes, some just cockscombs. That's when I discovered this mutation. The main stem was a plume type with a second stem coming from it with a cockscomb head. As you can see from the picture, it is definitely unusual. It should be interesting to see if any of the seeds will produce the same mutation. BTG
