None of them. Vinca does not like wet conditions and so won't do well, even though you want them to, and odds are they'll rot out if the soiler is cooler and wet.

We lived in NewOrleans for 8 years, where Vinca may well have been the number one annual planted. New Orleans gets rain nearly every day in the summer, sometimes more than once. I think the bigger question than damp is heat. You don't state your zone, but if you are in zone 7 or higher, I think about any vinca would perform well for you, especially if you have reasonably well drained soil.
