It would be helpful to see pictures, but with sloped ceilings one idea is to float the bed in the middle of the room facing the windows. I did this one time in a master bedroom with a dormer window and sloped ceiling. The arrangement was really tricky, but it worked. Just float the nigtstands right along with the bed. You can use a ceiling mounted curtain just in back of the bed to hide the backside of the bed and nightstands. You can also place a room divider or screen behind the bed. I've attached a picture of a bed floated toward the windows, different style but I think you will get the idea. Hope that helps. Charmean Neithart
