Get rid of the pop-up ads. This isn't 1998.

Remove the "Gallery" section from the Landscape Design forum. It is a dead end for people who post questions there.

Remove the ads that pop up. A lot of GardenWebs forums have slowed down on posting or even checking to see new posts because of them.

i just feel that the entire site has kind of fallen asleep here in the past couple years. perhaps some decent advertising in garden magazines or some other way to attract some new life to the forums.
also, picture posting is still a bit of a night mare to get the details on HOW to do it. perhaps an area in the site that one can turn to for stuff like that. and please don't discontinue posting pics in the actual posts. no one wants to leave the site to view a picture.

You asked and we listened. Today we are very excited to be debuting our newest feature -- post editing! To use this feature, go back to the post you wish to correct and you'll find the link under the 'My Clippings' links on the right side of the page.

You may have also noticed that we adjusted the login cookie awhile back so that you should not have to login repeatedly.

To anyone using Firefox and who wants to be rid of ALL ads on ALL sites permanently, just install this small, safe and free program and your problems will be solved!
