I'm new so if this message is posted multiple times, please excuse. I have last year's model of the hanging tomato pots - this year's have a one gallon water reservoir on top that uses a capillary mat. Do you think I could make my own reservoir for the old planter using felt? I assume the water has to seep through the fabric slowly.
