Hello, all!

I am planning a community plant exchange/swap at a local community center and desperately need advice. I have read some past postings and got some ideas, but can anyone tell me in more detail the logistics and how everyone swaps. I have a LOVE of plants and have organized plant sales in the past and I am beginning to organize a gardening club, but have no idea how to organize this plant swap. There is a lot of interest in my community, but of course no manpower/willingness to gel organize. I personally have never been to a plant swap, but some of my gardening buddies have been to a couple and they stated they were utter chaos and a borderline stampede. I would like to keep this plant swap as organized, friendly and fair without anyone getting trampled. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. By the way, the event is to take place outside with a rain date scheduled.
