Have White Pumpkin Seeds

New here. Forgive me if I do not follow protocol.

I have some white pumpkin seeds that are not yet fully dry, but which came out of a white-fleshed, white-skinned pumpkin of about 8-10" diameter. I bought the pumpkin at Walmart after Halloween and we finally ate it last weekend. I still have the other one, and it's still fine - great storage.

The flesh is remarkable in texture - sort of like the squash version of firm pineapple, with a mild pumpkin flavor. It's thin-walled, but one pumpkin made many meals.

A search for recipes for 'white pumpkin' brought up a few hundred Indian and Thai food recipes (we had made it in a Thai red curry sauce, and it was exceptional).

I do not know if it breeds true. I can post/email pictures of another one, if anyone is interested and anyone call tell me how to post pictures here.

I have a couple other seed items, if you want to check my list.

WANT: Giant Pumpkin seeds, prefer from a good-sized one, and several -- want to do a project with my daughter to determine the effect of environment on genetics.

Want: Tomato Jubilee or other fun, short-seasonish tomato or pepper seeds.

Thank you for reading!
