Saw this mentioned in another forum. Anyone tried it? Lots cheaper than transfer switches, sub panels, etc.

They work, but it needs to be installed by a qualified electrician.

As an electrician, we use them all the time! Simple to install, just make sure to have a qualifed person install them and follow the instruction for selecting the correct kit. The website is easy to use but we sometimes call just to make sure we get the right kit.
