Pruning Peach Tree

Two years ago we planted a peach tree in our back yard and I was thrilled when I saw about a dozen small peaches this past summer. However, some were diseased so i did my research and realized what we had not done. However, my dilemma is when to prune. I read that we should prune when the tree is dormant during winter but this year we haven't had much of a winter and there are 3 branches that are well over 15 feet. My question is - can I prune the tree now in February even though we haven't had sustained cold temperatures. I know I have to spray fungicide on it during the winter months but should I prune first and if so is it okay to do it now?

I appreciate the guidance. Thank you.
