Well, you are sure right about that jungle look, Joan. But, what inquiring minds want to know is if Johnny Wisemiller showed up in a loincloth?

If he had, I would have gotten a pic! We used to watch Tarzan movies when we were kids, and Johnny was far and away the BEST Tarzan.
He did shoot the movies in Silver Springs, FL, and there were 200 episodes of Sea Hunt shot there, as well as Creature from the Black Lagoon.

Boy Thats the jungle. I grew up all over Silver Springs,Fl. I now live in Orange Springs FL. My FIL Audtioned for the original role of Tarzan didnt get the part but was on the set of many of the movies.
