New to gardening help.

Can anyone help me with this campanula. It is about 7 years old and is not growing tall. It bloomed the first year but now is just spreading low to the ground. I live in SE PA. I confess it has been years since I tended to it. Thanks.

The soil/ground might be lacking nutrients. I'd recommend putting in some Miracle Gro and see where that takes you.
