My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

So far I have...Texas Star hibiscus, Wild hibiscus (white with marroon throat & white with pink tinge) Senna alata, and Senna splendida, Vitex, Daylily (various pretty). Would like to trade for anything, with the only request being that it takes zone 9. Thanks everyone! Be well!
