My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stipa grass

I bought one of these a couple of years ago: it has attractive leaves & grows about 2 feet high & then in summer it goes this color & produces seeds.

And the seeds produce new ones in all sorts of unexpected places - so I may just dig it out.
