blueberry acidity--how hard?

I am debating putting some low-growing blueberries up front, some of the more wild and lowbush cultivars. The area would be a 204 foot strip of raised bed between the driveway on one side and a retaining wall on the ohter, both being concrete.

I assume the concrete will if anything alkalinize the soil--anyone have any thoughts on if acidifying to blueberry liking would be impractical in such a situation, or if it might adversely affect the drive/retaining blocks?

Thanks in advance,

Mark
