My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Evidence on chaya's antidiabetic effects is very sparse, mostly limited to things like rodent studies and folklore use.
There are a large number of plants which on a tissue culture or animal study basis show some features which could potentially be useful in creating diabetes drugs. Chaya needs investigating to see if it will be safe and effective as a diabetes treatment.
The need for more research hasn't stopped some supplement companies from marketing it as a miracle drug good for treating any and all diseases - something which raises a big red flag as far as I'm concerned.
