My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a general message to anyone I have an arranged trade with. Please let me know when you receive items from me and if they arrive ok. I always get nervous with the first few trades of the year as I feel "out of practice" and feel like I've forgotten something or didn't do or pack something right. So please let me know when you receive your items from me. Also if you have suggestions on how I can improve my packing methods please speak up. I won't be offended - I want to do the best job possible. Thanks so much.
