I am first going to try Home Depot to see if they will be getting it in. Seems like it is a little early for any gardening stuff around here. I live in North Central Indiana so I know all about your kind of weather. That is why my husband built onto our family room. It was exposed on three sides. All of my roses are in there, under the table that has all of the plants. The plants are surrounded by insulation pieces, covered by hard plastic and there are heated lamps overhead. It was -13 this morning and just above freezing on the thermometer out there. The rest of the plants, including the "partytime" are downstairs in the basement under lights and on wicking material trays. The leggy one is the Partytime, but I have hacked off several branching tips trying to get it to propagate. I like to winter sow a lot of my plants around February. It seems to me they are much stronger than the ones that I start inside. I also have a small free-standing greenhouse that is not heated but is mostly glass and that is where I keep a lot of stuff in the summer. My husband used to help me a lot, but he fell off a ladder putting a new roof on the greenhouse and has now developed Parkinson, so he is not able to help me much anymore. I appreciate your interest and your help - Happy inside and outside gardening. - Barb
