My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Just about finished..

..and a good thing, I've stepped on the same Canna three times ;o)

I like the stain on raw concrete, but it's hard to control,

didn't want a *painted* look. I hope I can use bleach on it

in a few spots where it ran the wrong way.

Didn't have black or grey stain, but the Smith stains mix,

dark brown and dark blue made a nice live black.

Some touch-ups around the eyes and on to other projects.

Should I seal this do you think? It might weather nicely?
