I use the regular gray and I am pleased with the results. Used a cement color additive in buff and it gave a tannish color. I have purchased a charcoal color additive too, but haven't used it yet. I have about 16 new tufas this spring! Will try to load some pics maybe.

I always use the gray concrete. Have played with the colors some. In response to the other post you had, My best advise would be to read everything you can on the net and just dig in and play with it. There are so many things that effect your results. I am kind of a hit and miss turfa person so found it helpful to keep a diary of what I do and the conditions at the time. Other than this forum I did a google search and found tons of info. Just have fun.

Most common used is the gray. White is used more often when you are using dyes or you just like white or it works for your design.
