Hello!!! I'm a newbie here...

I made my first leaves last night. 4 of them. The guy at the store talked me into buying pre-mixed "something." Sorry, I don't know if it was cement or concrete. He said it already had the sand in it - 4 - 1 ratio. I'm wondering if I goofed. He said there's no way you can use up 100 lbs. of portland. Also, no way I can get 100 lbs. out of my truck. I simply don't have the strength...

And, my first leaf was very dry mixture. Crumbly. I wonder if it will crumble completely??? I added more water to the other three. I really didn't understand what "Stiff" meant...does that mean a little wet or just enough water so that when you sqeeze it it kinda sticks together???

I also added some Durock tape inside of them....

Do you think they'll be OK??

Also, my friend gave me a sack of leaves. I have them in my fridge. I used 4. Does anyone know how long I can store them to use them???
