crumbly hypertufta
I am living in Namibia ( Africa) and can not find perlite or pete moss :( . I read somewhere one could use potting soil, so I tried it.
Right out of the mold ( second day after mixing) it is a little bit crumbly. Will it get hard after curing? SInce I used non traditional ingredients, I am afraid it's the mix. I know I know wait and see.............. but I am not having so much patience :) b.t.w. I used about half soil and 1/2 portland cement
I am completely new to hypertufa so I have nothing to compare it to.
