silicone molds

hi,

i remember seeing a posting last year or so about how to make a silicone leaf mold so you can then use it when there are no leaves left to use. i have searched the archives and cannot find the thread.

i see that marley did a 3 part tutorial with pictures, but the website is moveed or gone now. is there a new site? or did i just not find the thread? please help. thanks!

Sorry, but this is not the tutorial Marly had on, it has been moved. But this one will help. Or, at least, it helped me! Good luck!!!

Hi,there.You might want to input Nobu as a source.As he said,his technique is very much"McGyver meets Home Depot",but,it works.i did a lot of leaves by first doing them in concrete,then casting in silicone.Still have the molds,done a lot of castings.
