Roof coating as a sealer?

I have a birdbath (factory made concrete) that I sealed with "Watertite Mold & Mildew Proof Waterproofing Paint for Basements and Masonry." It held up for two years but now it's showing "crazing" so I want to try something else. I have some Acrylic Latex Roof Coating that I'd like to use but of course don't want it to harm the birds. Does anybody know if this roof coating will hold up better than the Watertite? TIA!

Are you planning to put the roof coating over the Watertite?
If so I would wonder whether one will affect the other?
Is the roof coating clear, or dense in color?
Not familiar with either that you have mentioned.

I would wire brush off as much of the Watertite as I can. The roof coating is white (same as the Watertite) and thick but "paintable." I used the roof coating on top of Blackjack on a seam of my roof, no reaction there; but will test it on a small part of the birdbath first, good point.
