Went to my local(and only!)hardware/lumber/chainsaw supplier and came across some more CDN suppliers/manufacturers of sealers.Check out www.usehickson.com and www.dynacrete.com for some non-toxic sealers.

And to you perlite lovers,I'll be going to the WR Grace plant in Vancouver next week to talk face-to-face with a rep and get the skinny on various products.
