I've been trying to find the best sources of perlite, vermiculite, peat moss and porland cement in the Ottawa area.

The best price on horticultural grade perlite and vermiculite came from Ritchie Feed and Seed at $24 for a 110 L bag (approx. 22 lbs). Peat moss came from here as well at $10 for a 3.8 cu.ft. bag.

Best price on portland cement was at Rona at $12.78 for a 40 kg bag.

Anyone got any better sources than that?

Other things I'm looking for:

I've had a hard time finding anyone who sells synthetic concrete reinforcing fibres or concrete coloring. Any advice on where to look? Also, I called Grace Construction Canada and they don't have any dealers in my location (data point: they've discontinued Pool Pad).
