hypertufa crocodile mold -please clarify!

As posted in an earlier part of this forum I mentioned that I would like to create a hypertufa crocodile for my garden - a croc that looks like it is swimming in a swamp. It would be in 3 pieces (each piece being around 1-1 1/2 feet long. I read the comments on making a hypertufa alligator and the response by "amaretto" (sp?) in making a mold. I realize that I likely will have to make a mold. (I was thinking of just shaping the hypertufa). Where does one buy the latex for a mold? What kind? How many layers should I put on the paper mache mold for the negative mold? What type of releasing agent should I add to the paper mache mold? Again, any help is appreciated. I'm totally new to this and understand things better by seeing a tutorial rather by reading about it. Someone had posted a tutorial on this but I could not get to the link so if anyone could guide me to a good mold making tutorial I would be grateful. Thanks all!
