Hi David,
Thanks for your response. What got me interested in hypertuffa was a martha Stewart show (long befor she went to Jail) where she gave instructions and her "recipe". She said that you need to keep it in a cool,dry place for 4-6 weeks while it cured. I been looking for her recipe/instructions but haven`t found them yet ( I filed them somewhere ) Are you saying it isn`t necessary for me to wait till winter ? Maybe I need to find a better recipe. ??
