Greetings all! I'm working on a project involving cast papercrete panels and am going crazy trying to keep them from curling! I started with a paper/cement/sand ratio of @ 80/15/5 and have ramped up to @40/50/10, same thing keeps happening. I even made some 3/4" melamine frames and clamped them to the molds to keep them flat, but this stuff still warped with enough force to bend the melamine and fiberglass molds! I know most of us are still experimenting, and wonder if anyone has run into this problem and solved it- it shouldn't be this hard! Any ideas?
