dian --- Ouch! I confess. The rep never did call back and as Steve Martin used to say..."I forgot". Got busy putting up the new website and it slipped. As best as I can now recall, the last word was that the company you ordered from was not an "authorized" reseller of the Restore product...but you originally got their number from Quest, right???

yes, Quest gave me the name and number. 4 other places in Pa and this place which was within driving distance although they mailed it to me. it is in export,Pa general products 724-327-7200. but they call themselves general products and supplies and this place did indeed say they handled the product but they shipped me their product.When I called and said, this is not the product I ordered, they told me this was a Quest product and they just put it in their bottle. When questioned further they slipped said they make their own. HUH? caught ya. well, ours is better. we were the first to come up wit this. no, do not want this. It is not what I ordered. tried to get me to pay S/H for return and I asked them why? said cause you ordered the product. I said. excuse me, this is NOT the product I ordered. They did, Thankfully, pay for return and did credit me full amount. I live in the PGH, Monroeville area. Quest also said there were places in Philadelphia, allentown, clearfield and easton. so I do have other places to call but it is the shady character here that needs taken care of.

dian --- I give up for now. I've left several messages and the info you gave me but no one has ever called back or been willing to tell me what gives. The seemed quite upset with the "bait & switch" routine you experienced, but are not responding.

I will be meeting with some of their folks in the next couple of weeks so maybe one of them can provide an answer.
