Hi PirateGirl,

I use Yahoo.ca which is the Canadian cousin. My problems with yahoo has been that domains ending in Hotmail, Sympatico and Toni's (hopefulauthor) often come back as undeliverable.

They did write to me to have me send all those emails to them so they can see what the problem is, but I have never heard back from them. This was a few weeks ago....

But I HAVE been able to use it otherwise.

Good Luck! (I wanted to make sure this post gets at the top for you)

Karen, it's not your computer. It's Yahoo. A friend sent 3 emails today on the bottom, under her letter, is a long series of numbers. I thought she was naming a price she wanted to spend on a plant, lol. It wasn't. All her emails have this number. She said it's a glitch. So either Yahoo is doing work on their system or experiencing problems. She's in IL, so it's not only your area. Toni

Well thanks folks & bless you Toni, for telling me that, as I have spent much of today trying to work around this, not pull out my hair in frustration & ultimately opening a new account at Gmail. To have held on the phone line for an hour for them & still not be able to get through was astonishing!
