I recently saw an advertisement in Fine Gardening magazine for a website called www.gardenmolds.com. After looking a the webside, it seems like a very good resource especially for colorant and grey vs white Portland cement and sand. These people are focused on selling molds but have information that could be adapted to leaf castings.
