Prayers again please!

Hello all~

A couple of months ago I asked for prayers concerning selling my mother's house. It has been quite a while and there have been very few lookers, but we have a couple who is coming back for the second time this afternoon who seem to really be interested. Please keep our family in your prayers. We NEED to sell this house!

Thanks for all of your support!

Thanks so much all! The couple came back yesterday and brought their dad, so I'm hoping they will make an offer. They really liked the place and I think they would be good neighbors. I'll keep you posted!

Good news, Marlene! I hope it works out. Did you ever try burying a statue of St. Joseph in the yard? Sounds crazy but it can't hurt. Good luck!

I did bury a St. Joseph in the yard....the folks REALLY want this property. I've talked to them several times...but they can't seem to get the county to provide them with the info they need to find out whether they can build an additional house on the property. Sheesh...red tape is a problem, isn't it? Thanks again everyone for praying for my family!!

Bah on the red tape! Doesn't that just drive you crazy?!

Hopefully that's being ironed out ....

Best of luck on it Marlene! ~tenderlee

Being in the market for a house myself, I can understand their frustration. We have tried to get answers to whether a driveway could be put next to a house or where a garage could be built on the property. It seems that when you don't own the house, they don't want to tell you anything because they might have to keep their word once you buy it!

Prayers will continue to come your way! Let's hope St. Joseph gets to work on getting that place sold! lol! (I hope I don't get struck by lightning for that!)
