I have a 4 foot+ ming aralia that I have had for many years. It has done well in two locations, both of which offer medium to bright indirect light. We are undergoing some redecorating, and I would love to move it to a corner of our living room, where it looks really lovely. The problem is it will be 12 feet away from the nearest window, a west-facing one which is shaded by a roofed porch. There is track lighting, part of which is almost directly over the spot. I was wondering if it is possible to find a light which would be compatible with the track lighting system electrically which might supplement the little natural light the aralia would get.
I did look at the growing under light forum, but the applications there seem to be very different from what I'm looking for.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
