Well, here is "Beach Music" finished and delivered! Hurrah! My best friend loved it and brought me a frame with pictures of the two of us at about age 8, at our weddings, and our 60th birthday together in Yosemite. What a fun exchange! She returned to Seattle this morning.

For those that didn't see the WIP post, I banged the door and window off of an incense burner with a screw driver and hammer. For those about to try this brutal technique, you might want to consider nippers or a dremel first. (grin) I also noted in that post that the S&H technique works best on chalky pottery, and not so well on ceramic, but I've used it for chimneys on both successfully.

Thanks to those who answered my question about how to attached the beach glass. I used the Lexel, and it worked great! This is a great opportunity to thank all of you once again that answer questions and encourage others along. You're wonderful!
