To post your photo, use the following code

Replace the Web address above with the URL of your image.

NOTE: If you use an image hosting service such as Photobucket, Flickr, etc, do not copy the Web page URL; copy the image URL. You get the image URL by right-clicking on the image, not by selecting the text in your browser's address bar. Your image URL should end with an image extension, such as .jpg or .gif

yes you need them hosted on a website. I use webshots.

sign up , upload your pics. select pic, right hand lower corner it says link to this picture, select size ( i use 425 or 500) hit preview this size, where it says post in a forum copy the url tag. and paste in between the "" of the tag I gave you above.
