Good Afternoon!

First-time poster here- please be kind (hehehehe).

My partner and I were given a dwarf lemon tree a tad over a year ago. It was about 15" tall, nearly leafless and we didn't have any expectation of it living.

In 13 months it has grown to over 7' tall. Now I wondering if I shouldn't be considering pruning it back. As is painfully obvious I know literally nothing about plants, let alone fruit trees.

I would gladly welcome any/all advice.
