My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      beautiful space...my client is interested in using that same chandelier so, thanks for the tip! am curious...what size was the dining room table and which size (sml or lg) chandelier did you choose to work with the table? my clients are torn on which size to order.

      The table is 42" x 82". This is the smaller version from Prospetto. Hope this helps!
