A solid plant pedestal would work. Could build a brick one if you can cement them together. A small culvert pipe maybe. It's neat so stand could be plain. Jan

I just saw this fountain last week-end at Canton First Monday Trade Days and thought it was so neat! Something rather plain would be nice. Good luck, I know your gonna enjoy it no matter what you put it on.

I would use terrra cotta pots stacked into a totem.

How about a tall ceramic pot upside down? I have a blue one that is base for a cement orb I made and its been through several winters. It is sort of the size of a fat birdbath base. I got mine at Big Lots but you may find something thrifting or at a flea mkt.
Love the fountain! Be sure to post a pic when you set it up in your garden.
