Awww, BF--what a bummer....go get another cup of coffee if you're still up.
Never mind, I'll drink one myself--for the cause..

I'm having one right now no matter the cause Steve S.

    Steve-what's your choice of coffee?
Mine used to be Caribou some years back; now it's Dunkin'Donuts and ONLY Dunkin' Donuts!
You know, I opened a pack of about 7 months ago and it was the WORST stuff I'd ever tasted. Got so riled I called 'em up to complain about my trust in the perfect cup of coffee having been breached.
The competent young lady said they used different companies to do the mixing and grinding and to please read a code on the bag to her so they could contact the company in question. Then she mailed coupons for two more bags of coffee. I've not had a problem since and it starts my day off right, AAAH!
BF---you up, yet? What's the WX like for launch reschedule?

Don, when my trusty 15 year old Mr. Coffee gave up the ghost, I tried 3 different coffee makers---had to take 'em back---plastic taste---couldn't stand drinking plastic.

Have an old commercial Bunn---never hooked it up--Dave, my plumber was whining about water lines, blah, blah----my DSIL has it in his gararge to put it on eBay some day.

Anyhoo, went to Lowe's, got a 10-cup 'people Bunn'---best money I've ever spent---first cup, EVERY cup is perfect. The first sip is always accented with, "Ahhhh!"
    Love it. Love it.

Dunno; might want to try one?

Thought you wanted a Francis Francis. I would love to have a
La Pavoni Europiccola Lusso Espresso Maker

    but would settle for a
    Bialetti Mukka Glass Cappuccino Maker

    or a
    European Gift Stove Top Cappuccino

    Good Grief!!!
Don, how'd you remember that Francis! Francis! ???? :o)
    Still want one--orange, of course!
You have a pretty cool set-up of your own, with the Bialetti!

Isn't it fun to have/want decadent toys parading as
Very Useful Items?---which they ARE, actually. There's just a little extra oooomph to them.

Bunn here too thanks to the advice you all gave me years ago on the best coffee maker. I had Trader Joe's coffee for the first time a couple of months ago and I'm sold. Trouble is,TJs is so far away.

Just checked, NASA's refueling the shuttle starting at 6:45 local time for a launch at 4:14 AM. If there would have been a way other than the 'thumb' I would be there. A day late isn't bad.

kathyjane, umpty years ago I bought my sweetie one of those home Bunn coffee makers. Wonderful gadget. With my lifetime habit of getting up at Oh-dark-thirty, she had a cuppa to go along with bed-head! Somewhere along the way, maybe 15 years or so ago, the spreader got lost. It's the little doo-dad that threads into the water delivery tube for those w/o a Bunn. I called the company and asked for a replacement, got a very lovely gal (shoot me, I like gals!) who asked for my address. She Federal Expressed a replacement, no charge.

I feel guilty. The above was maybe a dozen or so years ago. I was shoveling the good stuff out of a old compost pile and a small brown thing was in it. The spreader. Coffee grounds, all vege stuff, always went into the various compost piles. One of us had an accident! Probably me. I'm good at that type of stuff.

---Man; the stuff that can haunt a person---even compost piles have tales to tell!
Did the launch go as planned?
    Did'ja see it?

Best launch ever kathyjane. Now that the device seems to be working right, it is going out of service with nothing to replace it. 'sigh'

    Was it just a test run?!---an end-of the-liner job!
    Oh, man! :o(
I remember hearing that was going to happen about a year ago....couldn't understand it then, don't understand it now!
That's a lotta money floating around up there....

I saw the launch on TV and it was absolutely breath taking.
I hope the rest of the run works as well as the launch. But, from what I've seen this is the last run for this program.
It seems that the space progam will be taking over by the private money people.
